Appointment Policy

The A Good Spa Day graciously appreciates a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule treatments. This allows us enough time to accommodate guests wanting to book appointments. It also ensures that the providers time is being filled. Late cancellations or reschedules will be charged 50% of treatments scheduled

Cancellation Policy

A Good Spa Day will charge 100% of treatments scheduled for no-shows. Appointments cancelled within 4 hours or less of the appointment will be considered as a no-show. Please understand that the Spa needs to pay its providers even if a client is a “no-Show”. This policy allows us to retain the greatest providers in the area and creates an environment where guests will honor their appointment times.

Late Policy

Showing up more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service.
