A Good Spa Day's Appointment Policies

Cancellation Policy: We understand that things can come up. We value your time, and we hope you value ours, too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us in time will incur a cancelation fee. A Good Spa Day will charge 100% of treatments scheduled for no-shows.

Please understand that the Spa needs to pay its providers even if a clients is a “no-show.” This policy allows us to retain the greatest providers in the area and creates an environment where guests will honor their appointments.

Terms and Conditions
Kids: To guarantee the comfort of all of our clients, we do not allow children in the spa. Failure to follow this policy will result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled and may incur a late cancelation fee.

Refund: If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds. Please contact the spa.

Privacy: Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third parties.

Right to refuse: Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business.

Health and Safety: The safety of our team and clients is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. If you feel you are not contagious, please call the spa to see how each service provider feels.

  • I understand that spa services involve physical contact and relaxation techniques.
  • I confirm that I am in good health and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent me from receiving treatments.
  • I will inform the therapist or service provider of any allergies, injuries, or health concerns before the session.
